He brings us so much love and he always makes us laugh when he plays with our 2 cats or runs like a gazelle picking up and returning his doggies, he loves walks and being petted. We adopted our second chihuahua (Dali) from Émy's breeder so that Mika could be a playmate and complete our family. I adopted little Bubble a little over a year ago. It was from that moment that my life changed! He is so funny, kind, affectionate and outgoing! Cortex my star adopted from Machu Pitou I adopted my puppy from Machu Pitou a little over 6 months ago. Cortex (formerly Philip) is the kindest and sweetest chihuahua I have ever met in my life. It was a very good experience adopting from Machu Pitou: Émy responds quickly and makes sure to accompany us. I adopted Arnica (now Rita) who came to my home almost a year ago. She was very small, the little dog of the litter. Hello, we are the parents of two adorable little dogs Brady and Prince. In fact, our first love was Brady. The most calm, cute and adorable dog in the world. We have been delighted since little Chile arrived. Very nice experience with Machu Pitchu. A friend bought and recommended this breeder to me. After one of our daughters died, the other became depressed. We chose to take another one. There was no female, we didn't know if we wanted a male. However my dogs are quite the opposite, from a young age they were exposed to young children whether in my entourage or with mine they have never bitten or even barked at a child. I live in a condo and all the tenants were afraid when they saw the dogs coming, but no one could say that there are two little balls of love in our house. In addition to being very sociable, they follow us everywhere, on trips, on hikes, on vacation or during our family events. Our lives would not be the same without our little furry animals. I had my first chihuahua 13 years old, 13 years of love and joy he came from a breeder who has now retired. Being in love with the breed I looked at what Quebec offered me for the purchase of a baby. For several years, we dreamed of adopting a chihuahua. After a few months of research, our choice fell on the Machu Pitou breeding farm. Luna, previously Saphir, came to fill our little family. We never thought we would have a Chihuahua because these dogs have a reputation for being 'yappy' but that is not the case at all with Luna. Our daughter fell in love with it during the Sherbrooke animal exhibition. She now considers her her little sister!! She plays with her and falls asleep with her in bed every night. Luna is an adorable dog, independent but affectionate at the same time. She loves being caught and lying on our thighs. She gets along well with both adults and children. She also likes to take walks, even for a distance of up to 5 km! Two weeks ago, our daughter had to give a presentation in her English class and she did it on Luna (see photo). We are very happy to have adopted Maho from Machu Pitou, this little one is very intelligent, endearing and she has integrated perfectly into our home. July 2017, we see you for the first time at the Puppy party and it will soon be 1 year that you have been part of our lives. Émy raising these little dogs with love. We felt like someone important to him. With good basic instructions the adaptation and transition were made easier. Having bought a dog from a specialist breeder we saw how much affection and love the little dogs had received from Émy. Summer is calm, affectionate, playful, warm, annoying and above all very clingy and has always been clean. Summer takes the house for an acceleration track, she really likes chasing a ball or her doggies, especially the one in the shape of an emoji, taking walks and accompanying us on our outings, especially to restaurants. Summer doesn't bark for nothing unless someone rings the doorbell. Since Summer's arrival, she has made us feel her presence in the house and she always welcomes us with joy. A second adoption for us! Yes, we said to ourselves that one baby was enough but we fell in love again with a little black female named Mississippi! We had our little Robson who filled our retired life so we thought why not a little sister for him and another little love for us! Sissi is a very lively and greedy little snooper; rather nervous in temperament, she sneaks almost everywhere. From the height of her 3 pounds and 4 ounces she does not let it be imposed, she is the one who decides and Robson obeys... Pépin is loving, communicative, and adaptable. He has a bright and happy personality. He loves cuddling and is never far from my side. He instantly LOVES everyone he meets, especially babies. This is excellent, as I have 6 young nieces that don't understand the boundaries that a small dog might typically have. He covers them with kisses. He does not struggle to adapt to new people. Pépin is an active puppy who loves to play. We go on walks in the local neighborhoods & in the woods, play with other dogs Hot Dog et Cie and the local dog park, Pépin regularly comes to work with me, etc. He loves other dogs and cats. Pépin conforms to breed standards. Every day, people tell us how beautiful he is- and how impressed they are by his friendly demeanor. This puppy exudes happiness. Although not his original purpose, Pépin has served as emotional support animal in my recovery from surgeries. Following my research to find the Chihuahua of my dreams I stopped on the Machu Pitou page. Or that I found Harley my little dog who now weighs 3.2lbs at the age of 2. When I went to pick up my baby at that time Harley's name was Howie. I had a lovely welcome, a superb family with great dogs who didn't bark when we entered, I said to myself, I'm in the right place for my chihuahua, we agree that it's a little creature, it barks a lot hehe . I received Howie in my hands he was very small 1.5lbs. So I did 630km with Howie who took turns sleeping on our necks, very affectionate. Monsieur gave me hypoglycemia the next morning, Emy advised me very well. He started eating again and never made me another one. I am very satisfied with my choice, if I would like to have a second chihuahua it is certain that this is where I will come and get him. My dog has a very good temperament, he doesn't do tricks like sit/give the paw, he's not the best on his little legs, but that's what makes him charming. He doesn't bark, he is clean on pipipad and asks for the door. He's super affectionate, he loves children, it's incredible, he really likes cats. Harley doesn't walk much for about twenty minutes and he doesn't want to walk anymore. He would spend all his time in my sweater if I listened to him. He has been there in my good times and in my bad and I hope he will remain there for a long time to come. My boyfriend fell in love with Harley, the one who was not under the spell of chihuahuas in general. Harley has the soul of a big dog in a small body of 3.2lbs. Our ray of sunshine! Lilo has been sharing our lives for 7 months already and we couldn't be more fulfilled! She's an extraordinary dog. We are truckers and she follows us everywhere. She has already traveled all over North America with us. It's amazing how smart she is and how adaptable she is to any situation. In addition to always being with us in the truck, she follows us in the RV. She must therefore constantly adapt to changes in the environment and she does it very well. This summer we went to the beach and she loved going for long hikes by the water and also loved swimming! I had been looking for a chihuahua for a while before I came across my dog. I searched for at least a year because I was waiting to find the one that was going to be perfect for me. While doing some research on Facebook, I found photos of puppies from the Machu Pitou breeder. Her dogs immediately caught my attention because they were exactly the type of dog I was looking for. While looking at several photos, I came across my dog, Brutus (formerly Zeus). As soon as I saw it, I could say that I fell in love at first sight. I knew this was the one I wanted. So I contacted Émy, the owner of the Machu Pitou breeder to ask her for information on the puppy's behavior, because despite its physical characteristics, I wanted my dog to match my personality. She gave me wonderful advice thanks to her expertise on the behavior of chihuahuas. I could never even have had a dog with such a perfect character. He is extremely friendly, affectionate, sociable, easy to approach, etc. He also loves going outside to play, going for walks and going swimming. Plus, as soon as Brutus arrived home, he was clean. So I never had to teach her, because in my opinion, Émy had already taught her to adopt good habits at home. I've had my dog for a year now and I couldn't live without him so much that I love him unconditionally. I adopted little Bubble a little over a year ago. It was from that moment that my life changed! He is so funny, kind, affectionate and outgoing! Even after all this time, I still haven't found any fault with it! Bubble is a little charmer and it is very difficult to resist him when he does his little dances while standing on two legs. He is also very intelligent and obedient. It took me 15 minutes to show him the “sit” command. The cutest thing is when he paws like a big dog! His favorite time of the day is when it’s bedtime. It has been almost 10 months now since my little Chica stole her way into my heart. She's very curious and so she follows me everywhere like a little shadow, which I like because she's good company. When we go outside she has very nice manners, she doesn't pull on the leash, she never barks, and she goes wherever I want to go. She weighs only 5 lbs. and so all the neighborhood children think she's a puppy and they come running and are all excited every time they see her. She amazes me when they approach her because she sits very quietly while they pet her and once one of the little girls even kisses the top of her head. Recently I discovered that she actually likes to run when we're outside, it's really cute because the more excited she gets the faster she runs! One thing that really surprises me is how much she can eat (if I were to let her) and how fast!!! It seems this is not unusual with chihuahuas. Getting used to her size was a bit of a challenge, if you step on her you could crush her toes they're so tiny, if you drop something and it hit her head....if a door slams and she gets hit by it.....But, with time I adapted and all is good. I love my little Chica💕

I was on a trip to Mexico when I looked at the Machu Pitou breeder and saw this beautiful little chihuahua named John!! I immediately fell in love. I contacted Emy and made an agreement with her for the reservation. When I got back I rushed to her house to see John!! I can tell you that I adopted him straight away and we called him Gustave! He will be 2 years old this summer. He weighs 2.5 lbs and he doesn't bark which is very rare for this breed of dog. He was potty trained on his second day home!! He is playful, adventurous and very very affectionate!!! I wouldn't do without it ❤️ I recommend this breeding to 💯% we have already spent almost 2 years with our beautiful Gustave and we will have many more great years with him!!!

Our story had a difficult start because it began with the death of our little Chico, 14 years old. We have decided not to have any more little companions because we are in so much pain! I had a big dog named Yugi. A Labrador, German Shepherd, Golden and Dane mix who weighed a healthy 97 lbs. Unfortunately two years ago I had to let him go to dog heaven 😢 My heart was broken and I couldn't stop crying. A few months later I fell in love with Archibald. I adopted Ruby from Machu Pitou Chihuahua, I observed the breeders for a long time to choose where I was going to adopt. Finally I adopted Ruby, from Machu Pitou, I wanted a chihuahua who didn't bark a lot and who wasn't extremely anxious around other people. Alice is 2 years old today!!! She comes from my Machu Pitou Chihuahua breeder friends. Alice is my support dog for my multiple sclerosis. She weighs 3 pounds. She travels with me on planes and sits at my feet for hours in her travel bag without ever saying a word. Hi! I wanted to write to you a little about Pierrot. Why did I adopt a chichi? Hmm, I work from home most of the time but I have multiple sclerosis, so I have a lot of time but little energy to devote to a dog, I can throw a small ball not very far for the whole day but not hiking 3 hours a day! I looked at books and books and came to the conclusion that the only dog I could decently take care of would be a chichi. It's been a little over a year since I picked up my little Miley from Machu Pitou. As I spend a lot of time at home for my studies, I needed a little ball of energy like her to bring a little more life into my daily life. And she brings life! Miley is a loving and playful little dog, there isn't a day that goes by without her making me laugh. When I spend long hours at my desk I almost always see her coming with a toy for me to play with. It helps me take my mind off things and remember to take breaks once in a while. Miley accompanies me on my road trips every weekend where I return home to see my family. She likes car rides and she is very calm (until she realizes we are arriving at our house haha!). She also accompanies me when I go to the beach and she likes to take short walking breaks to go swimming. She's a good swimmer! I wanted a social dog who would get along well with other animals since I already had a cat before adopting Miley. When Miley arrived, she was very social and from the start I was relieved to see that they were having fun together and getting along really well. Even today the two have fun chasing each other from one end of the house to the other. I am very satisfied with the experience I had when adopting Miley. As it was the first time I had a dog of my own, I wanted to do business with a knowledgeable breeder who could help me in my approach and that's what Émy did. It's a real little ray of sunshine. She is happy, playful and very curious. She learns quickly, she has been completely potty trained since she was 5 months old and she knows basic commands. I'm thinking about putting him in training classes next spring. Adèle turns heads. When we go walking on the Plains of Abraham, people stop me to ask questions and make comments: what breed of my dog is, that they have never seen a chihuahua like that, that she is so cute, etc. I have never had so much success! I am super satisfied with my little Rubis (formerly Mary) adopted from Machu Pitou Chihuahua. She weighs around 3.5 lbs and has very nice conformation. She is a super shy dog with strangers but very playful and energetic with us. He's our farm dog! Despite its small size, it follows me in the fields and in the woods during my horseback rides. She sometimes attends the milking of cows, she rides a 4 wheeler, a tractor and plays with the chickens and barn cats. Plus, she's very athletic... She jumps on the couch and on the kitchen chairs (and on the table afterwards). She loves to make faces like her mother Wendy and lies on her back to ask for petting. She is very intelligent.

A year and a half ago, me and my partner had to leave behind a city we loved (Sherbrooke), parents and friends to settle two hours away, in Île-Perrot. My husband and I are brothers to our Chihuahua Indie from the family breeder Machu Pitou Chihuahua. Jack my daily happiness. I always dreamed of having a dog to accompany me from the beginning to the end of my young adult life. In this unstable time when everything is changing, I wanted to have a dog who could always be by my side no matter what changes happened in my life. So I did my research for a long time to find a trustworthy breeder. I knew I wanted to have a small dog, but I couldn't decide on what breed I would get. So I chose to adopt one of Émy's puppies after seeing how invested she is in her puppies and in this breed. Otherwise, Elvis is a very intelligent dog, he has completed his kindergarten, basic 1 and heeling courses to date. He's taking his scent detection course. It is the only small dog among the large breeds in its class. He manages to impress everyone! Plus, it's gorgeous. A veterinarian even once told me that Elvis was the most beautiful chihuahua she had ever met. Elvis is now one year old and weighs 6.5 pounds. This is exactly the weight that Émy predicted at birth. He has an apple head, beautiful big green eyes and a beautiful short muzzle. His beautiful big ears are straight and he is short on his legs. He is also in perfect health.
