FAQs

YOUR QUESTIONS

Should I reserve my puppy?

Demand for our precious puppies is exceptionally high, and in order to offer our future adopters the best possible experience, we recommend pre-booking before the next litters are born. For those who choose to book now, the adoption of their canine companion will take place in 2024 or later, depending on the specific criteria sought.

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee a specific adoption date, as we are dependent on the number of upcoming litters and the individual characteristics of the puppies that will be born in our future litters. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated as we work dedicatedly to provide you with a puppy that will meet your expectations.

Are your puppies registered purebreds?

Our puppies are all purebred, registered with the prestigious Canadian Kennel Club (CCC). They strictly meet breed standards and have an adult weight of between 2 lbs and 6 lbs. We place paramount importance on their health and maintaining genetic quality, which is why all of our dogs undergo rigorous testing and certification by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). These measures aim to guarantee their perfect health and prevent the transmission of genetic and hereditary diseases. These tests play a crucial role in reducing the risks of genetic transmission. Each puppy also undergoes a complete health examination by our veterinarian, who performs a complete health check and issues a certificate of good health.

What health and insurance services are included when I adopt one of your puppies, and how does the Trupanion insurance that you offer for free work?

Our puppies are of course vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. Before their departure, they receive a complete health examination by our veterinarian, and they leave with a complete departure kit, a health record and a health certificate. In addition, we offer free Trupanion insurance which becomes immediately valid upon registration. You can activate it a few days before the adoption or even the same day. This insurance covers you for 30 days with an invoice of unlimited amount, with a deductible of 250 $.

Can I breed my dog?

Our puppies are sold without breeding rights and must be sterilized before the age of 8 months.

How can I obtain a puppy for dog shows from your breeder, and what are the requirements?

We have the possibility of offering dogs for dog shows under several strict conditions only. If you want a puppy for the show, we can guide you to the best potential. If you are interested in acquiring a puppy for dog shows, do not hesitate to contact us to find out more about the criteria and procedures to follow.

How does the process of acquiring a puppy for breeding work, and what are the specific conditions to take into account?

If you want a puppy for breeding, know that we are very selective and the price is higher. We can provide you with detailed information on the selection criteria and specific conditions that must be met to obtain a puppy for breeding. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further.

What does the starter kit you provide with your puppies contain?
